School... blah... just finished up the preamble, etc. I actually left school within 30 minutes of the school day being over. It will take some getting used to with track season over and having no after school obligations.
I had a great evening, watching my usual hour of My Name is Earl and The Office. On The Office, Michael took over mediation of employee conflicts. It was so funny. He had this real fruity looking poster and binder, trying to make employees settle the conflict using the "win, win, win" strategy. The most memorable line was when Michael was about to pull another one of Angela's complaints and Angela said, "You already did me." Michael's response? A quick, "That's what she said," without missing a single beat. I just love that show!
It's hard to believe that I've only got 10 more days to work in order to meet my contract obligations. No more thoughts of resignation, just a determination to get it over with and have as much fun as I can in the process!

I love "My Name is Earl".
I'm so glad that you are almost done, and are going to enjoy your time left. :)
But you don't stay tuned for THE OFFICE? My Name is Earl is a great show, but I see it more as an appetizer for the main course.
When I saw The Office was about mediation, I was hoping that you were watching it. It was so hilarious!
Hey, that's funny. I just saw yours show up. I know you are procrastinating at this very moment! LOL
I have watched "The Office" before (and you're right, its GREAT!), but I usually try to start Scottlynn's bath-n-bedtime routine around 8:30, when it comes on, so I forget a lot--but when I do remember, I try to get her bathed a little earlier so I can tune in. :) I loved the Halloween episode where he had to fire someone.
Oh man, the best part was when he sat Kevin and the other girl down, and the complaint was that Kevin was always making suggestive eyes at the girl... So michael's solution was to have the girl make suggestive eyes at Kevin... and without a moment's hesitation, Kevin says "I accept." and the girl took a moment to answer, but before she could, Michael says "win win win!" and signed the complaint or whatever. What a great episode.
